How is this legal?
The 2018 Farm Bill established a federal framework for hemp and hemp-derived products. BudClub products are marketed as hemp-derived and are supported by third-party lab reports.
Federal, state, and local requirements can differ and may change. Some states restrict THCa, Delta-8, or other cannabinoids, so please review the laws where you live before ordering. This information is not legal advice.
How fast is shipping?
Our team fulfills orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed outside normal business hours, on weekends, or on federal holidays are generally processed on the next business day.
Standard USPS shipping typically takes 2–5 business days within the continental United States after fulfillment. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $75.
Once your order is packed, you will receive an email with tracking information. Carrier scans can occasionally be delayed, especially when a package is processed after the day’s collection.
Are THCa products legal?
THCa product rules vary by jurisdiction. Our products are offered based on their hemp-derived status and available lab testing, but some states specifically restrict THCa or other cannabinoids.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the products they purchase are permitted in their state and local area.
Will these products get me high?
Yes. THCa, Delta-8, and other THC-containing products can be intoxicating, although potency and effects vary by product and by person.
Use responsibly, do not drive or operate machinery after use, and keep all products away from children and pets.
Is THCa flower natural?
THCa is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in cannabis. BudClub flower is not described as infused unless that is clearly stated on the individual product page.

Will THCa carts get me high?
Yes. When THCa is heated or vaporized, it can convert into Delta-9 THC. Cartridges and extracts can be potent and should be used responsibly.
What is the quality guarantee?
We stand behind the quality of every BudClub order. If an item arrives damaged, broken, or faulty, contact our support team promptly with your order information and photos of the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and the current refund and exchange policy, we may provide a replacement or store credit. Other returns remain subject to the published policy.
