1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to budclubshop.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by BUD CLUB MEDIA, LLC (“BudClub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 6135 Park South Drive Ste 510 Charlotte, NC, 28210. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. REFUND POLICY

Subscription Boxes and Products. All sales for subscription boxes and individual products are final. Once an order has been processed and billed, no refunds will be issued.

Damaged Items. If any items arrive damaged, you may request a replacement within seven (7) days of receipt by contacting customer service via our Contact Page. Photographic evidence of the damage may be required. For full details, see our standalone Refund Policy.

3.  CANCELLATION POLICY

Subscription Cancellation. You may cancel a subscription at any time before the start of the next billing cycle. Requests received after a new cycle begins take effect the following cycle.

Product Order Cancellation. Individual product orders may be cancelled if the request is received before the order is processed and shipped. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel. Log in to your BudClub account and follow the on‑screen instructions or contact customer service. You will receive email confirmation once the cancellation is complete. Because subscription boxes and products are non‑refundable, cancelling does not generate a refund for charges already processed.

Automatic Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the start of the next billing cycle.

4. DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Guarantee. We ship to the address provided at checkout. Our responsibility is limited to delivering the package to the carrier with the address you supplied.

Incorrect Address. You are responsible for providing an accurate, up‑to‑date address. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed Deliveries. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, you are responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Delivery Timeframe. Delivery times vary based on destination and selected shipping method. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Holiday Schedule. Carriers do not deliver on federal holidays; shipments around these dates may experience delays.

5. BILLING CYCLES AND TAXES

Billing Cycles. Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle according to the plan you selected.

Taxes. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout and added to the order total.

6. AGE VERIFICATION AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Access to the Site and purchase of our products is limited to individuals 21 years of age or older. Age is verified via an on‑site age‑gate prompt. By using the Site, you affirm that you are at least 21 and that any products purchased will be used in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Offer Overview
Our Buy 1 Get 1 Free (BOGO) promotion applies exclusively to the product CHIEFIN KEEF CONES and its variations. When a qualifying item is added to your cart, the system will automatically include one (1) additional unit of the same product at no extra cost.

2. Automatic Application

Customers do not need to add two units manually.
When CHIEFIN KEEF CONES is added to the cart, one free unit is automatically added during checkout.
The discount will appear within the order summary at checkout.

3. One-Time Use Per Customer
