REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and applicable state and federal regulations, budclubshop.com does not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed and fulfilled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please submit a request through our Contact Page within seven (7) days of delivery. Please include:

• A clear description of the issue; and
• Photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item(s).

If the request is approved, we will issue a replacement at our discretion. Replacements depend on product availability and standard shipping timelines.

Third‑Party Fulfilment Disclaimer

BudClub utilises third‑party logistics (3PL) partners for storage, packing, and shipping. While we uphold high service standards, we are not liable for delays, lost items, or damages that occur while the shipment is in third‑party possession or transit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed and shipped. Once an order is marked as fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

To request a cancellation, contact us through the Contact Page as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation of any order already submitted for fulfilment.

DELIVERY POLICY

We ship to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

• Incorrect Address. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend it.
• Delivery Confirmation. Tracking information will be emailed once an order is fulfilled. Delivery timelines vary based on location and carrier.
• Shipping Days. Carriers operate on business days and do not deliver on federal holidays. Please allow extra time during peak or holiday seasons.
• Lost or Stolen Packages. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, BudClub is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.

As a family-owned business, our team fulfills orders Monday through Friday. We are actively working towards expanding our processing times to include weekends, but in the meantime, for orders placed outside of our normal business hours we recommend selecting our free shipping option (available for orders over $75) Orders placed outside of business hours are typically fulfilled the following Monday (or non federal holiday).

Nevertheless, Standard USPS shipping typically delivers orders within 2-5 days across the continental US.

As soon as your order is packed and processed, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking number. Your tracking history should update by the following business day. Please keep in mind that local USPS facilities manually process several thousand packages daily. Occasionally, packages can be miscanned resulting in delay to tracking update. Tracking delays are especially common for orders processed late in the afternoon, after the current day’s USPS collections have been completed.
