How is This Legal?
The Hemp Farming Act of 2018 was a proposed law to remove hemp (defined as cannabis with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC) from Schedule I controlled substances and making it an ordinary agricultural commodity. Its provisions were incorporated in the 2018 United States farm bill that became law on December 20, 2018.
THCa, CBD, Delta-8 THC, and all products on our website are derived from federally legal hemp. This means, they are federally legal, thanks to the Farm Bill of 2018.
Each state has their own laws relating to legality of hemp-derived products.
Shipping Speed?
As a family-owned business, our team fulfills orders Monday through Friday. We are actively working towards expanding our processing times to include weekends, but in the meantime, for orders placed outside of our normal business hours we recommend selecting our free shipping option (available for orders over $75) Orders placed outside of business hours are typically fulfilled the following Monday (or non federal holiday).
Nevertheless, Standard USPS shipping typically delivers orders within 2-5 days across the continental US.
As soon as your order is packed and processed, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking number. Your tracking history should update by the following business day. Please keep in mind that local USPS facilities manually process several thousand packages daily. Occasionally, packages can be miscanned resulting in delay to tracking update. Tracking delays are especially common for orders processed late in the afternoon, after the current day's USPS collections have been completed.
Are THCa Products Legal?
Yes! Since it contains less than 0.3% D9 THC by dry weight, THCa flower is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill.
Some states have since gone back and specifically made THCa or other cannabinoids illegal, though, so you’ll have to check your local laws to make sure that you can legally smoke THCa flower.
Will These Get Me High?
There are a lot of varying opinions about THCa, Delta8 and other hemp derived THC products, but the general answer is YES. These products are all intoxicating. Each with different potency.
Is THCa Flower Natural?
Yes! THCa flower is all-natural. Many other kinds of legal cannabis flower have been infused with extracts. These extracts can be safe and give you a great-tasting bud (and an excellent high), but some prefer it all natural. Will THCa Carts Get Me High?
Yes! THCa carts and other extracts should be treated as having the same potency level as dispensary grade extracts. THCa converts to D9 THC when smoked or vaporized. Most Dispensary products could technically be considered THCa Hemp products if they were grown by a hemp license holder.
